Quick answers to common questions.
MessengerKit turns messaging groups into an operational system of record. It provides visibility, governance, automation, and auditability on top of your messaging platform without replacing it. We currently support Telegram, with more platforms coming soon.
No. Your messaging app remains the system of conversation. MessengerKit adds control, monitoring, and organisational workflows around it.
No. Message ingestion is unlimited across all plans. Pricing is based on governance features, retention depth, automation, and organisational scale, not message count.
Yes. Once the MessengerKit bot is added to a group, it can observe messages according to the platform's bot permissions. MessengerKit does not bypass any platform's permission model.
Most action failures occur when the bot does not have the required admin permissions in the group. MessengerKit cannot perform approvals, moderation, or message actions without the necessary platform-level permissions.
Retention depends on your plan. Free plans have limited search history, higher plans extend retention, and Enterprise plans support custom retention and deletion policies.
Yes. Business and Enterprise plans allow externally owned groups to be brought under organisational governance, provided the necessary permissions are granted.
Authorised admins can search, monitor, and act across all linked groups from a single console, instead of managing each group in isolation.
In hybrid mode, message data is stored in your infrastructure, while MessengerKit provides the control plane including alerts, automation, AI agents, and the management console.
No. MessengerKit observes messages and performs actions only when explicitly configured and permitted. It does not alter your messaging platform's core message flow.
MessengerKit is designed for teams and organisations that rely on messaging apps for operations, coordination, or governance and need visibility and control beyond native features.
New accounts start on the Free plan, which is always free and doesn't require a credit card. It gives you full access to every MessengerKit feature within its limits, so you can link a small number of groups and explore the product for as long as you like. You can upgrade anytime you need more capacity.
Your Free plan is replaced by Solo Pro. You will have one active personal plan at a time. If your Solo Pro later expires, you return to Free (subject to current Free plan limits).
Yes. Your personal plan and your organisation's plan are independent. Your Solo Pro plan continues to cover your personal groups, while the organisation's Business plan governs groups linked to the organisation.
It lets you move between acting as yourself (Personal) and acting on behalf of an organisation you belong to (Organisation), from the same account. Each context has its own groups, plan, and billing, and switching between them doesn't pause or affect either one.
No. Business features apply to groups that are linked to the organisation. Your personal groups continue to follow your personal plan (Free / Solo Pro), regardless of which context you're currently viewing.
